Electrical equipment should not be thrown in the rubbish bin. You should instead take it to your nearest recycling centre for recycling.

Rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries also shouldn't be disposed of in the rubbish bin. You can find battery collection bins specifically for battery disposal at your local supermarket or the following locations:

  • Move Altrincham
  • BeActive Urmston
  • Move Urmston
  • Trafford Town Hall and Sale Waterside Council offices
