Items we won’t collect

There are some items we won't collect if we find them in your bin. These are:

• Asbestos
• Batteries and electrical items
• Building materials
• Gas bottles/cartridges
• Japanese Knotweed,
• Himalayan Balsam
• Needles and syringes
• Paint cans (metal or plastic)
• Vapes
• Plasterboard

If your bins contain any of these items, a bin tag will be left on the handle of the bin, and it will not be emptied. If your bin is tagged, remove any wrong items from your bin and present it on its next scheduled collection day.
