High needs provision capital allocation (HNPCA)

Trafford Council’s previous funding allocations were:

• 2022/23: £6,849,265
• 2023/24: £4,542,907
• 2024/25: £1,213,129
• 2025/26: £3,656,658

A further allocation has been announced for 2026/27 of £4,438,171.
