The first step is to complete an Expression of Interest form.

We will then email the full application.

Documents needed for the full application form

  • business plan for the next 3 years
  • one-year cash-flow forecast (showing money in and out)
  • your lease (if you have one). The lease must run for at least 3 years
  • written permission from your landlord, if you need it
  • proof you can work in the UK and ID (passport or driving licence)
  • proof you have some money for the project (bank statement or loan offer)
  • quotes from builders or suppliers for the work
  • planning or building control permission (or proof you have applied for it)
  • list of any government grants you have had in the last 3 years

We cannot assess applications that are missing documents. Send all the items listed to avoid delays.
