How we pay the grant

Part of: Trafford Shop Improvement Grant

If your application is successful, we will pay the grant in two parts.

First payment (50%)

We will pay half of the grant before work starts. We will pay this after the grant panel approves your application and you send any required documents.

Final payment (remaining 50%)

The remaining 50% will be paid after the work is done. 

To claim this final payment, you will need to send us:

  • before and after photos
  • final invoices for the work

We may also need an updated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). A grant officer will visit to check the work and take photos.
