When running a club that supplies alcohol or provides entertainment, you may also need to use other licensing services.

Premises licence

If your club opens to the public or holds commercial events, you may need a premises licence instead of a club premises certificate.

Minor variation

If you want to make small changes to your certificate, such as adjusting the layout or conditions, apply for a minor variation.

Appeal a licensing decision

If your certificate is refused or granted with conditions you disagree with, you can appeal to the magistrates court.
