Services provided: Future Directions is a not-for-profit social care provider for people with complex needs, including: people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, dementia, and mental health. We can support you to recruit your own Personal Assistant to meet your specific needs. You can be involved in drawing up a job description and be involved with the recruitment process (if you wish) so you can decide how and when you are supported. This means that you have consistent staff that you can get to know and trust. All support is flexible and bespoke to meet your individual needs.
