On initial referral, we set up an appointment to visit you in your home to discuss the difficulties you face. From this we can establish a care plan individually tailored to your needs. We always strive to make every experience unique for each individual to make sure that your needs are catered for. We will work in partnership with other service providers to make sure that we work together with the collective aim to promote and provide independence. All our staff go through an extensive recruitment process covering full DBS checks, knowledge and experience checks, as well as ongoing training to ensure you always meet the best. Our team is experienced in working with clients with Dementia, Learning Disability, Physical Disability. We are CQC registered with a Good rating.
