Compassionate Care

Services provided: Compassionate Care offers flexible support for adults with varying needs ranging from age related, physical, emotional and psychological impairments. Our support can consist of half an hour a week up to 24 hours a day. Our team works with all clients to achieve positive outcomes, including the development of greater confidence and independence, improved wellbeing and increased choice and control. We support every client to actively participate in their community, access leisure, work and educational opportunities and develop social networks.
