Body of Persons approval

A Body of Persons (BoP) approval allows an organisation to involve children in performances without needing individual licences.

You may be eligible if:

• no payment is made to the child or anyone else
• the child does not miss school
• the performance takes place in Trafford
• you have robust safeguarding policies in place

What happens after you apply

• We review your safeguarding policies and procedures
• We confirm no payments are being made and no children will miss school
• We may contact you to clarify your arrangements
• If approved, we issue a certificate with conditions and an expiry date
