If you think your petition was not handled properly

The petition organiser can ask an Overview and Scrutiny Committee to review how the petition was dealt with.

The committee may:

• investigate further
• make recommendations to the Executive
• refer the matter to full Council

We will notify the organiser of the outcome within seven days and publish the decision online.
