Staffed Times

Using Open+ technology we have increased the opening times at Coppice Avenue Library for one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening. The library is staffed for the core hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.

Open+ Access

Coppice Avenue Library has Open+ technology installed to enable the opening hours of the library to be extended without having to increase staff numbers. If you require this type of access you can call in at any library, or ring our Contact Centre on 912 3189.

Stock available

We have a large selection of eBooks and eAudio available from Borrowbox.

Items which are not in stock at Coppice Avenue Library but are available from another Trafford library can be requested free of charge.

Coppice Library has the following items available for loan:

For adults: 

  • Hardback and paperback fiction, including bestsellers and contemporary novels
  • Non-fiction books ranging from popular interest topics to more academic subjects
  • Large print books
  • Talking books CD

For 14+

  • A wide range of material chosen to appeal to this group

For children:

  • Stories for all ages from the youngest up to 13+
  • Junior non-fiction
  • Talking Books on CD

  • Computer facilities, including access to the internet, are available to library members via People's Network PCs
