Trafford Poverty strategy
In 2021, the Council published our plan to maximise the impact of responses to poverty. A longer term Trafford Poverty Strategy has now been developed with partners which sets out our vision to reduce poverty in Trafford over the next three years.

Levelling up fund
We have successfully bid for £18m from the Department of Levelling Up to help revitalise Partington Sports Village. The investment will safeguard the future of vital leisure facilities alongside delivering significant health and wellbeing benefits for local residents. The project will also help to create jobs and boost economic growth.
