  • Safeguarding purposes – under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(g) and Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 2018

We will not share your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

How long we keep your information

Nursery records are kept for three years after a child leaves the setting, unless there is a safeguarding reason to keep them longer.

Automated decision‑making

Trafford day nurseries do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
