- Library membership records – deleted two years after membership expires and no activity present
- Event booking and payment records – six years after the event
- Award nomination records – two years after the award process ends
- Marketing subscription data – until you unsubscribe

Culture and leisure services do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
